Our Philanthropy
Whether it is collecting backpacks to donate to school kids, or meeting with veterans who have been helped by our support, or by coming together to send cards to hospitalized children, our employees never hesitate to get involved.
Education
Each year, members of our team donate backpacks, the Foundation fills them with school supplies, and they are sent to children in need. We have also supported local school district foundations in Tampa and Dallas that award scholarships to high school students, work to improve graduation rates, and provide professional skills training.
Veterans & First Responders
Our staff includes veterans and the families of both retired and active duty military personnel, and the families of first responders. We are mindful of their sacrifices and all they have done for us and we are honored to give to programs that support them, including The Wounded Warrior Project, The Lead the Way Fund, and through other efforts, such as sending care packages for troops overseas, and donating to local hospitals and medical centers.
Economic Opportunity
​Our employees come from all walks of life and understand the importance of helping others overcome hardship so that everyone has the chance to reach their true potential. We support programs that do just that, including Guitars Over Guns, a program of music and mentorship for teens; My Block, My Hood, My City, an education program for vulnerable teens; and Meals on Wheels, which provides food delivery to senior citizens and those confined to their homes due to illness.
Employee Engagement
From the company’s launch, giving back has been a part of our culture and an outward expression of the heart and soul of this firm. Employees from across the organization suggest charities to support, lead on-site events, donate through payroll deduction, and participate in annual company-wide fundraisers.

No matter the season, we make it a priority to give back to our communities in a way that reflects our values as an organization.
